Report a street problem
You can tell us about a problem on your street or in your neighbourhood through either:
- the Love Clean Streets app, available to download free of charge from Google Play for Android (opens new window) or the Apple App Store (opens new window)
- the Love Clean Streets (opens new window) website
Please note:
Some problems, including those connected with roads and streets (eg potholes and pavements) and drains or drainage, should be reported to other authorities or agencies. See our I need to report a fault page for further information.
Report an abandoned vehicle
What to do if you think a vehicle has been abandoned.
Report fly-tipping
Inform us via the Love Clean Streets app or website. If you see an abandoned shopping trolley you should contact the relevant supermarket, or us if it is unidentifiable.
Report graffiti or fly posting
You can report graffiti or fly posting on Council property to us. Contact landowners directly if these occur on private land.
Report dog fouling
Report dog fouling and other environmental concerns.
Report a lost or stray dog
Contact us or Animal Warden Services to deal with a lost or stray dog.
