Privacy Notice: Community Champions' Programme

Who we are: Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Council), Town Hall, Hall Plain Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2QF, 01493 856100, is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How we use your information: We will use your personal information for the purposes of the provision of the Council's Community Champions' Programme. Your data is lawfully processed with your consent as defined under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR and in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. If at any time you wish to withdraw your Consent and cease to be part of the Council's Community Champions' Programme please send an email to [email protected].

Data Sharing:The data you provide in this form will be shared within Great Yarmouth Borough Council and other agencies where there is lawful authority to do so.

Retention: Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored securely by the Council. We will hold your information for 6 months from the date that you ceased to be part of the Community Champions' Programme.
